A message to our customers concerning COVID 19


We are open and fully prepared to serve our customers while taking the necessary precautions to protect our staff and customers during the COVID 19 pandemic.

Customers can still order new prescriptions by phone/fax or email and order refills by phone/fax/email or online. Deliveries are running as normal. We have begun curbside service for local customers that wish to pickup from our facility in Houston. Please ring our doorbell, state your pet’s 1st and last name, and we will bring the prescription out to your car.

I hope that your staff and clients, as well as your community stay safe and healthy during this trying time.
